.VN 域名注册对外国注册人没有限制，并且不存在地理位置要求。唯有二级 VN 域名（.vn）准许组织/公司注册，三级VN

.VN domain name is unrestricted to foreign registrants and
no local presence is required. Only Organisation/ Company is
allows to register 2LD .VN domain while any organization or
individual can register 3LD .VN domain name.

3)..VN域名注册有哪些限制和要求?
What are the restrictions/requirements for .VN domain name
registration?
- 准许最少3个/最大63 个字符。
- 所有域名必须有至少2 个域名服务器和IPs。
- 域名只能由a-z的字母，0-9的数字和越南语言字母表字符组成。
- 域名亦可包含"-"连字符，但连字号不可以出现在名称的开始和结尾。
- 域名不可以用"xn --" 开始。
- 域名不可以包含可能违犯国家利益或违背社会道德、生活方式和全国文化的词。
- Minimum of 3 / maximum of 63 characters allowed.
- All domains must have at least 2 name servers and IPs listed
at all times.
- Domain names can only contain characters from A to Z; 0 -
9 and Vietnamese language characters in the Vietnamese alphabet.
- Domain names may contact " - " but must neither
begin nor end with a hyphen.
- Domain name cannot begin with "xn--"
- Domain name is not entitled to include words which can violate
national interests or not corresponding to social morality,
lifestyle and national cultural
- 任何组织或个人不可在域名中包含以下内容注册使用：
+ 那些反对越南政府的宪法基本原则;
+ 那些危害国家安全, 泄露国家机密, 颠覆越南政府, 扰乱社会正常秩序;
+ 那些危害国家声誉和国家利益;
+ 那些煽动民族歧视, 或破坏全国团结;
+ 那些违犯宗教政策或散布封建迷信;
+ 那些传播谣言, 干扰公共秩序或扰乱社会稳定;
+ 那些传播色情, 猥亵, 赌博, 暴力, 杀人, 恐怖或鼓动罪行;
+ 那些侮辱, 诽谤他人和违犯人民的法定权利和兴趣;
+ 其它法律、规则和行政规章被禁止的。
- Any of the following contents shall not be included in any
domain name registered and used by any organization or individual:
+ Those that are against the basic principles prescribed in
the Constitution of Vietnamese Government;
+ Those jeopardize national security, leak state secrets, intend
to overturn the Government of Vietnam, or disrupt of state integrity;
+ Those harm national honor and national interests;
+ Those instigate hostility or discrimination between different
nationalities, or disrupt the national solidarity;
+ Those violate the state religion policies or propagate cult
and feudal superstition;
+ Those spread rumors, disturb public order or disrupt social
stability;
+ Those spread pornography, obscenity, gambling, violence,
homicide, terror or instigate crimes;
+ Those insult, libel against others and infringe other people's
legal rights and interests; or
+ Other contents prohibited in laws, rules and administrative
regulations.

在到期以后, 域名将从DNS被去掉，并且因此网站将不能运作。在宽限期内续约（续费）以后, 将在24 - 48小时域名恢复生效。

website will not work properly. After renewed, it wills takes
24 - 48 hours for the domain to work again.

在到期以后。29天内可以续约（续费）域名。如果域名不续约（续费）,将被发布给公众重新注册。
After expired. 29 days will be given to renew the domain name.
If domain name not renew, the domain name will be released to
public for re-registration later on.
