申请.kr的一般要求如下：
域名只能包含字母A到Ｚ，数字0到9.

所有的域名在任何时候都必须有两个域名服务器和ip地址．
连字符不能放在域名的第三或第四个字符上，这是为多种语言的域名申请者保留的．
What are the special registration requirements/restrictions
for .KR domain name?
Special requirements/restriction are as below:
a) Registrant must have local presence within Korea;
b) Registrant must meet certain criteria that is classified
by characteristics of third level domains:
i) .CO.KR is for commercial companies;
Common registration requirements are below:
- Domain names can only contain characters from A
to Z, 0 - 9;
- Domain names may contain "hyphen/-" but
may not begin or end with a hyphen;
- Spaces and special characters, such as question
marks (?), exclamation points (!), and underscores
(_) are never permitted;
- All domains must have at least 2 name servers and
IPs listed at all times
- Domain name can not have hyphens as the 3rd and
4th characters (reserved for multilingual domain registration)

How long does it takes for a domain to release to public
registration after expired and not renew?
If partners did not renew the domain name, the domain
name will be release for public re-registration approximately
30 days from the domain expiration date. Please note
that domain re-registration is in first come first server
basis.

iv) 当域名在转移后7个月内．
v) 当域名处于初始注册日期10天内．
What problem(s) will delay or prevent the Registrar
transfer of domain?
Registrant will not be able to change Registrar if their
domain is in following status:
i) during a domain name dispute resolution process;
ii) when the domain is pending in court;
iii) when the expiration of the domain name shall occur
within 7 days;
iv) within 3 months after being transferred;
v) within 10 days of the initial registration period.
